I am a Kingdom Man. I am called to break down barriers and free others from strongholds. I am a Peace Maker.
Via The Joshua Commission
We are born, “not of natural descent, not of human decision or husbands will, but born of God” John 1:13
Real freedom requires us to become a new man, the one God intends us to be. We often use a term “born again”, I like how Kirk Cameron uses “Second Birth” . We are born in the image of God, and have incredible potential especially for bravery. That bravery is not for a few but for every believer- it is a quality of the family of faith you were adopted into with your second birth. Problem is we struggle with leftovers of our old selves often shown as cowardice. That is not part of being a new creation God made of us through His grace.
Second birth bravery is doing what is right so that God’s will be done and good prevails, regardless of the cost to ourselves. However many of us struggle witn not be willing to pay that cost - we feel unworthy, inferior, busy and distracted; losing focus on God’s will.
The most important barriers we all must deal with are the ones we have in our own mind. We know that we are born again accepting Christ, but rarely embrace what this second birth means in our own lives. Your testimony is one of the most powerful parts of your life and legacy, and it is often when shared well the key that will help unlock the strongholds someone else needs help with. Your testimony is more powerful than any checklist.
Second birth freedom bravery comes out of understanding that God has chosen us to represent Him and pursue His desires wherever we are. We know that, we want that, but are we living that way?
You will not be breaking down other people’s strongholds till you step into your second birth bravery! You must realize you are a child of God! You bear His image. He chose you before the creation of the world. You have been set up, it’s a divine set up to lead the spiritual comeback of the family of faith.
TJC 2026 is going to dive far deeper into this set up, but right now it’s time for you to pray for supernatural grit. You already have the courage within you, you need to access and live it out, Then you can help others as you share “Follow me, I Know The Way”’
THE KINGDOM MAN’S CREED
I am a Kingdom Man. I am created by God to bear His image. I am a son and viceroy for my Fathers work. I am a warrior, lover, teacher and king.
I am a Kingdom Man. Like Joshua, I will be strong and courageous. I will train my mind and body for the battles to come. I will discipline my heart, eyes and tongue to be steadfast and faithful to the calling on my life.
I am a Kingdom Man. If a husband, I love and serve my wife, if a father, a loving father to my children. I will love and lead them as Christ loves the Church. If a brother, uncle, guardian, mentor or friend, I will give honor in all of my relationships. I will lead, teach, correct and train in the spirit of righteousness.
I am a Kingdom Man. I am called to break down barriers and free others from strongholds. I am a Peace Maker. My armor is Truth, Righteousness, Grace and Humility. I will stand in the gap for my neighbor to defend gospel justice for the marginalized.
I am a Kingdom Man. God is my provider. He has given me gifts and talents to exemplify Him with the work of my hands. I will work with diligence and excellence. My labor will be honest and its fruits purposeful.
I am a Kingdom Man with a Kingdom vision. Commissioned by Christ. My life is the Father’s. I am intentional. I will grow in my faith, be consistent in my actions and leave a legacy worthy of the race I have run.
I AM a Kingdom Man!
